Vacant Position: Electrical Engineering Instructor (EEI) Location: Liberia Maritime Training Institute (LMTI), Marshall, Liberia.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Work as a subject matter experts (SMEs) in Electrical & Electronic subjects and teach theoretical classes
2. Prepare lesson plans, Scheme of Work and Teaching Log, Training modules for all Electrical subjects
3. Plan and execute hands on practical training modules at Electrical & Electronics Engineering labs for pre-sea marine cadets
4. Execute the planning for continuing maintenance of Electrical & Electronics labs and take regular inventory of existing equipment
5. Manage and execute the electrical installation and maintenance works at LMTI campus with the regular maintenance team.
Experience & Qualification: • Minimum BEEE degree with ETO Certificate (mandatory) • Sea service experience as an Electrical Engineer or ETO minimum 2 years (mandatory) • Teaching experience at a maritime training institute as an Electrical Engineering Instructor (preferable) • Working experience in any land base industry (preferable)
